Whether it is 3:00 AM on a rainy Tuesday or Christmas Day afternoon, our volunteers are out on the roads, bridging the critical gap between hospitals. We provide a professional, rapid, and completely free courier service for blood, platelets, pathology samples, and human donor milk. By doing this, we ensure that urgent medical care is never delayed by traffic or budget constraints, saving our local NHS Trusts thousands of pounds every year that can be put straight back into patient care.

We give up our evenings, weekends, and holidays because we know that the package strapped to the back of our bike could be the difference between life and death for a patient we will likely never meet.
